The Pink Choux is filled with a Yuzu and mint namelaka ("cremeux").
The Soft Yellow Choux is filled with Milk Team Chantilly Cream.
The Pyramid features a edible chocolate print celebrating Mid-Autumn.
Our Choux have 5 cm diameter and you can choose between 3 sizes of Pyramid:

Petite: 20 to 25 Choux

Classique: 45 to 50 Choux

Grande: 70 to 75 Choux

Storage and consumption
The Choux should be stored in the fridge until consumption. If no fridge is available, it can also be kept well for 1-2 hours in a well air-conditioned room
For an ideal experience the Choux should be consumed within 24 hours.
Availability
The Mid-Autumn Collection will be available from Sept 23 to Oct 8 and can be pre-ordered from Sept 2.
