For this Summer, Le Dessert designed a set of 3 fresh tarts. Using French pastry techniques we redesigned this traditional dessert and created 3 recipes that will accommodate every taste.
Our Lemon Tart is composed of a tart shell, an almond cream base and is topped with a homemade lemon curd dome surrounded by French Chantilly and topped with fresh lemon zest
