Christmas Tree
Origin:
The Christmas Choux is inspired by the traditional "Piece Montee". We gave a modern twist to this century old classic from French pastry. Whether it is for a private or an office party, treat your guests with a true edible Christmas Tree !
Recipe:
The pyramid is made of a non-edible styrofoam base covered with fresh Choux.
You can choose 2 creams insert:
- Pistachio cream
- Praliné cream
- Vanilla cream
Our Choux have 5 cm diameter and there are 45 to 50 Choux

Storage and consumption:
The Christmas Tree should be stored in the fridge until consumption. For an ideal experience the Pyramid should be consumed within 24 hours.
Availability:
Order up to one day before, with a cut off time of 4:00PM. The Christmas Collections will be available from Dec 7 until Dec 31st
