Pistachios imported from Italy. We source them raw after harvest and we toast and grind them for each batch. We do not compromise the flavour and quality by combining our pistachios with any other nuts. Our real pistachio is pale green in colour and not bright green like that which is often portrayed in commercial ice cream manufacturers.

INGREDIENTS: Pure milk, sugar, toasted pistachios (tree nuts), cream, milk powder (contains lactose), dextrose, carob bean, stabilizer (guar gum).

STORAGE: Cover and store at -18°C or below. For best quality consume within 30 days after opening.
