Origin:

An American classic reinvented by Pierre Herme and featuring his signature Ispahan flavor. Indulge in this multi layer raspberry, rose and lychee cheesecake with a crumble base and touch of “fleur de sel”.

Recipe:

The different layers feature a crumble “pate sable” base, raspberry infused ladies fingers biscuit, rose cheesecake, raspberry and lychee compote, a light cream of rose-flavored cream cheese, raspberry jam and an exotic coating. It’s circled with “fleur de sel” white chocolate pieces and topped with a red rose petal.

Storage:

The Cheesecake should be stored in the fridge until consumption. The Nomade can be stored up to 2 days in the fridge.
