Mother's Day Mignardise Box

In short

A cute treat box composed with 4 heart shaped mignardises. Le Dessert created the perfect box for a delicious Mother’s Day afternoon tea.

The Recipe

Two of the heart shaped mignardises are ultra moist tendresses filled with a baked raspberry. It’s glazed with a pink chocolate and topped with dry rose petals and dry raspberry.

The two other handmade treats are Earl Grey madeleines filled with a homemade fig compote aromatised with vanilla. The madeleines are glazed with a purple chocolate and topped with dry figs.

Storage and consumption

The Treat box should be stored in the fridge until consumption. The mignardises can be stored for up to 3 days in the fridge.
