The marriage between a croissant and a cookie. This creation has been all the rage in Paris since February and is now spreading across the world.
At Le Dessert, we created our version of this contemporary pastry. We garnish and cover our freshly baked croissants with our homemade pecan and chocolate cookies dough. Then, we add Valrhona chocolate inside and on the top of the crookie to make it even more delicious.
