Christmas Log
Origin:
A Classic and a must have for your Christmas Party. The French name bûche de Noël originally referred to the Yule log itself, and was transferred to the dessert after the custom had fallen out of popular use.
Recipe:
The "bûche" is made of a homemade Genoise chocolate sponge cake rolled with unsugared milk chocolate pastry cream, streusel biscuit and caramel sauce. It's covered with dark chocolate shavings.

Storage and consumption:
The Log Cake should be stored in the fridge until consumption. For an ideal experience the Cake should be consumed within 48 hours.
Availability:
Order up to one day before, with a cut off time of 4:00PM. The Christmas Collections will be available from Dec 2 until Dec 31st
