2025 CNY Choux Pyramid
Origin:
The Chinese New Year Choux Pyramid is inspired by the traditional "Piece Montee". We gave a modern twist to this century-old classic from French pastry. Whether it is for a private or an office party, celebrate the Year of the Snake with a true showstopper !
Recipe:
The pyramid is made of a non-edible styrofoam base covered with fresh Choux.
The Choux are freshly baked and filled with a vanilla pastry cream and mandarine coulis.
Our Choux have 5 cm diameter and there are 45 to 50 Choux on the pyramid.
Storage and consumption:
The Christmas Tree should be stored in the fridge until consumption. For an ideal experience the Pyramid should be consumed within 12 hours.
