A Chinese-New-Year-themed French "Piece Montee" to enlighten your Celebration and spread luck and fortune among your friends. A pyramid of freshly baked Choux filled with mandarin mousse and mandarin compote insert covered with a red and gold chocolate topping. The pyramid is decorated with an edible piece of chocolate featuring our CNY dragon with a french bow tie.
Note that the Pyramid on which the Choux are mounted IS NOT edible.
Storage and consumption
The Choux Pyramid should be stored in the fridge until consumption. Given the size of the pyramid we recommend to choose a delivery time just before consumption. You can reach out to us for special arrangements.
