Recipe 

A freshly made Charlotte with layers of Chocolate mousse and Vanilla Chantilly Cream, fluffy sponge cake based on a unique crumbly base and topped with homemade hazelnut Gianduja, caramel sauce, crispy milk chocolate balls and chocolate shavings.

Storage and consumption

The Charlotte should be stored in the fridge until consumption. For an ideal experience the Charlotte should be within 24 hours.
