Recipe
A freshly made Charlotte with layers of Valrhona Chocolate mousse, fluffy sponge cake based on a unique crumbly base and topped with homemade hazelnut Gianduja, caramelised hazelnuts and chocolate sponge. It's circled with homemade chocolate ladies fingers and a cute ribbon.
Storage and consumption
The Charlotte should be stored in the fridge until consumption. For an ideal experience the Charlotte should be within 24 hours.
