Base: Chocolate chip  and pecan nuts cookie. 
Topping: Pecan nuts & Chocolate ganache. 
Texture: our cookies are crusty on the outside and gooey on the inside. 

Consumption & Conservation

Best consumed at ambiant temperature or slightly re-heated to accommodate you own personal taste. 
If kept in ambient temperature it can be consumed within 3 days. 
If kept in refrigerator it can be consumed within 5 days.
