In-a-tin Cherry Clafoutis (2 to 3 people)
Recipe
This traditional Clafoutis is made with black cherries covered with a thick flan-like batter. On top of it is a full spoons of vanilla Chantilly cream whipped with yaourt and covered with lime zest.
Consumption & Conservation
Can be slightly reheated before consumption: 5/6 minutes at 160° (Remove cream before reheating)
If kept in refrigerator it can be consumed within 2 days.
